About

I'm a J.D. candidate at the University of Miami School of Law, building toward a career in transactional law with a focus on M&A, securities, and corporate practice.

Background

I previously worked as a Legal Operations Specialist at American Express, handling the company's responses to court orders, levies, and garnishments alongside in-house counsel. That work first drew me toward deal-side legal work.

In law school I have completed the Thomson Reuters Transactional Skills and Advanced certifications. In Transactional Skills coursework I worked with a team to incorporate a hypothetical media company, and I drafted a publishing agreement for a historical exercise set in 1881.
